The Government of India will issue a ₹300  commemorative coin  to mark the 300th Birth Anniversary of Ahilyabai Holkar . The Ministry of Finance issued a gazette notification on May 23, 2025, confirming this coin. Devi Ahilyabai Holkar was a legendary ruler of the Malwa kingdom, known for her exceptional administrative skills and deep sense of justice. The Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, is scheduled to release a ₹300  commemorative coin , and postage stamp to mark the 300th Birth Anniversary of Ahilyabai Holkar  on May 31, 2025, at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The ceremony is expected to be graced by the Chief Minister, Shri Mohan Yadav, Minister of Culture, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, along with other ministers and distinguished dignitaries. PM Modi Releases ₹300 Coin on Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar

The Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, released a ₹300 commemorative coin and a postage stamp to mark the 300th Birth Anniversary of Ahilyabai Holkar today, May 31, 2025, during his participation in the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Mahila Sashaktikaran Mahasammelan held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The ceremony was graced by the presence of the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Mohan Yadav, Governor of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Mangubhai Patel, along with other ministers and distinguished dignitaries. The Prime Minister also presented the National Devi Ahilyabai Award to a woman artist in recognition of her contributions to tribal, folk, and traditional arts.
