The India Government Mint, Mumbai, has opened the bookings for the ₹150  commemorative coin  issued to mark the  150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel . The bookings are open from October 30, 2025, and it is subject to limited availability. Earlier in the evening, the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, unveiled a commemorative coin and a postal stamp to mark the event at Ekta Nagar, Kevadia, ahead of the nationwide observance of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on October 31, 2025. The ₹150 commemorative coin is available in both Proof and UNC sets, presented in a Folder/Blister pack. Additionally, it is also offered in a Proof Set with an MDF box packaging option. The Proof Set is priced at ₹9,879, and the UNC Set at ₹9,718, both offered in folder/blister packaging. The Proof Set with an MDF box is priced at ₹10,487.
