The India Government Mint, Hyderabad, has commenced bookings for the ₹100 commemorative coin issued to mark the Birth Centenary of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi . The bookings are open from November 9, 2024, and it is subject to limited availability. The ₹100 coin is currently available in Proof, housed in MDF/Wooden Box packaging, priced at ₹4,940. While the Proof coins with Folder or Blister packaging is priced at ₹4,380. Additionally, the Sahaja Yoga foundation had previously listed the ₹100 coin on their Sahaja Samagri website for the benefit of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi's followers and devotees. The metal composition of the ₹100 coin consists of a Quaternary Alloy, comprising 50% Silver, 40% Copper, 5% Nickel, and 5% Zinc. The coin weighs 35 grams and has a diameter of 44 mm, featuring 200 serrations along the edge. The Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India, Shri Nitin Gadkari, released the ₹100 commemorative coin to mark the Birth Centenary of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi today, October 14, 2024, at the National Museum Auditorium, Janpath, New Delhi.
