ISRO Releases Dr. Vikram Sarabhai Commemorative Coin
The centenary celebration of the birth anniversary of Dr. Vikram Sarabhai , the founding father of ISRO, commenced in Ahmedabad today with the presence of dignitaries from ISRO. The Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, addressed the gathering through a video message. The Prime Minister emphasized the significant role Dr. Sarabhai played in filling the void left by the demise of Dr. Homi Bhabha in the scientific world of India.
