Raksha Mantri to Release ₹100 Coin on Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi

The Union Minister of Defence, Shri Rajnath Singh, is set to release the ₹100 commemorative coin on the occasion of the Birth Centenary of Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi on August 18, 2024, in Chennai. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Shri M. K. Stalin, and other important dignitaries will participate in this event organised by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Shri Shivdas Meena,  Chief Secretary   of Tamil Nadu has issued an announcement regarding this matter. Among those invited are opposition leader and AIADMK General Secretary Shri Edappadi Palaniswami, BJP State President Shri Annamalai, TMC President Shri G. K. Vasan, as well as film celebrities Shri Rajinikanth and Shri Kamal Haasan. Shri Rajnath Singh Releases ₹100 Coin on Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi

The Union Minister of Defence, Shri Rajnath Singh, released the ₹100  commemorative coin  today, August 18, 2024, on the occasion of the  Birth Centenary of Kalaignar M. Karunanidhi . The event was held at Kalaivanar Arangam, Wallajah Road, Chennai. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Shri M. K. Stalin, along with the Minister of Water Resources and General Secretary of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK), Shri Durai Murugan, among others, attended this event organized by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
