Mumbai Mint Opens Bookings for ₹150 Shri Ram Chandra Ji Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Mumbai, has opened the bookings for the ₹150 commemorative coin issued to mark the 150th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandra Ji from April 4, 2023 to May 15, 2023.

Earlier, the President of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Shri Kamlesh Patel 'Daaji' released the ₹150 coin to mark the 150th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandraji Maharaj of Fatehgarh, affectionately known as Lalaji, the Founder of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission on January 26, 2023 at Hyderabad.

The Proof Set is priced at ₹3820 and UNC Set at ₹3300 for the Blister/Folder pack. For the Wooden box pack, the Proof Set is priced at ₹4275 and UNC Set at ₹3990.

These coin sets can be purchased either at the mint premises or through the official website of the India Government Mint, with updates available in the current and upcoming bookings section.

Hyderabad Mint Opens Bookings for Sri Sathya Sai Baba Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Hyderabad, has opened the bookings for the ₹100  commemorative coin  issued to mark the  Birth Centenary of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba . The bookings are open from November 19, 2025, and it is subject to limited availability. Earlier in the day, the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released the commemorative coin and postage stamp to mark the event at Sri Sathya Sai Hill View Stadium, Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. The event was graced by the presence of the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Shri N. The Government of India will issue a ₹100  commemorative coin  to mark the ' Birth Centenary of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba '. The Ministry of Finance issued a gazette notification on April 22, 2025, confirming this coin. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba was a revered spiritual leader and humanitarian, known for his teachings on love, unity of religions, and selfless service. Born in 1926 in Puttaparthi, India, he inspired millions through his message of "Love All, Serve All" and established numerous free hospitals, schools, and water projects to uplift humanity. His legacy continues to guide people worldwide in living a life of compassion, truth, and devotion. The  metal composition  of the ₹100 coin will consist of a Quaternary Alloy, comprising 50% Silver, 40% Copper, 5% Nickel, and 5% Zinc.
