Kolkata Mint to Open Bookings for New Parliament Complex Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Kolkata, will be opening the bookings for the ₹75 commemorative coin issued on New Parliament Complex. The bookings are open from June 12, 2023, and it is subject to limited availability.

Earlier, the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released the coin and postal stamp while dedicating the New Parliament Building to the Nation, on May 28, 2023 in New Delhi. The Speaker of Lok Sabha, Shri Om Birla, and Deputy Speaker of Rajya Sabha, Shri Harivansh Narayan Singh were present on the occasion among others.

The ₹75 coin in Proof Set is priced at ₹3,684 and UNC Set at ₹3,397 for the Folder/Blister package. However, the Proof Set with MDF Box is priced at ₹4,417.

These coin sets can be purchased either at the mint premises or through the official website of the India Government Mint, with updates available in the current and upcoming bookings section.

Kolkata Mint Commences Bookings for RSS Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Kolkata, has commenced the bookings for the ₹100  commemorative coin  issued to mark the 100 Years of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). The bookings are open from October 7, 2025, and it is subject to limited availability. Earlier, on October 1, 2025, the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, unveiled the commemorative coin along with a special postal stamp to mark the event at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre in New Delhi. The ₹100 coin is currently available in the Proof Set, packaged with a booklet pack. It remains to be seen whether the Mint will also issue the UNC Set with a booklet pack or the Proof Set with an MDF box.  The ₹100 coin is priced at ₹8,410 for the Proof Set, which comes packaged with a booklet pack.
