New Possible Commemorative Coin: 75 Years of Indian Constitution

The Government of India might issue a commemorative coin with a denomination of ₹75 to celebrate the '75 Years of Indian Constitution'.

The 75th anniversary will fall on November 26, 2024, and is celebrated as Constitution Day, also known as Samvidhān Divas or National Law Day. November 26 is celebrated in India every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On this day in 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution, which came into effect on January 26, 1950.

However, the release of the coin will only be confirmed after the issuance of a gazette notification from the Ministry of Finance.

There are also other possible commemorative coins that might be issued. Stay tuned to this blog for further updates.
