2024 - Janm Kalyanak of Parshvanath Bhagwan | Commemorative Coin

A commemorative coin of ₹900 will be issued to mark the 2900th Janm Kalyanak of Parshvanath Bhagwan. The Ministry of Finance has issued the gazette notification on November 18, 2024.

The 2900th Janm Kalyanak of Parshvanath Bhagwan is a momentous occasion that celebrates the birth of the 23rd Tirthankara in Jainism. Parshvanath Bhagwan, born in Varanasi, is one of the most revered figures in the Jain tradition.
