Mumbai Mint Issues Gold and Silver Souvenirs for Ganesh Chaturthi

The Mumbai Mint has issued Gold and Silver Souvenir tokens on occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi festival held on 31st August 2022. Earlier in 2019, Mumbai Mint has issued a festival souvenir only in Silver.

The obverse side has the ॐ (OM) in the middle, Logo of SPMCIL (Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Ltd below, weight and metal certification. At the reverse side, Image of Lord Ganesh. 

The Gold souvenirs has been issued with 5 grams and 10 grams, whereas the Silver souvenir are issued in 10 grams, 20 grams and 40 grams.

The 5 grams gold souvenir is priced at ₹29,899 and 10 grams gold souvenir is priced at ₹58,682, these prices are as on 23rd August 2022 and may differ upon the Gold prices. The Silver 10 grams souvenir is priced at ₹1496, 20 grams souvenir at ₹2159 and 40 grams coin at ₹3461.
