Error Inlet Book in Srila Prabhupad's MDF Box Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Kolkata, has started issuing the ₹150 commemorative coin for the 150th Birth Anniversary of Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Prabhupad in MDF box packages offline, although online bookings are yet to begin.

However, it has come to notice that the Kolkata Mint has made an error with the inlet booklet in some of the MDF boxes. Instead of featuring the images of Srila Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Goswami Prabhupad, they have included Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, also known as Srila Prabhupada, born Abhay Charan De, was an influential Indian spiritual teacher and the founder-acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon). A ₹125 coin was issued in 2021 to celebrate his 125th Birth Anniversary. However, Bhakti Siddhanta Saraswati Prabhupad was a Gaudīya Vaisnava Hindu guru, whose teachings were later extended by his disciple A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.

Additionally, the folder package was found to contain grammatical errors and inaccuracies, as previously reported.

It is disheartening to note that the mint appears to be neglecting the importance of the commemorative coin issuance, with these mistakes continuing without the implementation of necessary quality checks.
