2004 - Rs 10 Brahmos Missile Pattern

This coin is popularly referred to as Brahmos missile pattern coin design. There are few specimen of this coin and few were graded by NGC and PCGS as well. This issue was proposed to be release as commemorative coin as part of the Brahmos Missile’s agreement between India and Russia.

The coins were listed in multiple auction houses like Marudhar Arts and Classical Numismatic Gallery.

The first Rs 10 coin in definitive series was supposed to be struck in 2004 with the “Unity In Diversity” design. However, the actual coins were minted with the 2005 date and were eventually put into circulation.

Shri Amit Shah Releases ₹100 Coin on Jain Acharya Vidyasagar

The Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah, released a ₹100 commemorative coin  and special postal envelope to mark the first Samadhi Divas of Sant Shiromani Digambar Jainacharya Vidyasagar Mahamuniraj during his visit to Chandragiri, Dongargarh, Chhattisgarh, today, February 6, 2025. The Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, and Shri Naveen Jain, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), among others, accompanied Shri Amit Shah during the event.
