A possibility of ₹100 and ₹75  commemorative coins  and postage stamps are more likely to be issued in 2023 on occasion of 18th G20 Heads of State and Government Summit which will take place on 9-10 September 2023 in New Delhi. The theme for India's G20 Presidency is in sync with the key template of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s foreign policy - "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" or "One Earth-One Family-One Future". India will hold the Presidency of the G20 from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023. As the nation ramps up its preparation to hold the summit in 2023. The Hon'ble Speaker of Lok Sabha, Shri Om Birla released the  ₹175 commemorative coin , postage stamp and coffee table book as part of the 175th year foundation day ceremony of IIT Roorkee at Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium, Roorkee.  Vice-Chairman of Bharti Enterprises, Shri Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Secretary of India Post, Shri Vineet Pandey, Chairperson of 175 years committee, Prof. Arun Kumar and other dignitaries were also present at the occasion. The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) is set to celebrate its 175th Foundation Day at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium, Roorkee, on November 25, 2022.  To mark this remarkable milestone, the Government of India will issue a commemorative coin of ₹175 denomination, honoring the institution’s long-standing legacy in technical education and societal development. The issuance of the coin has been officially sanctioned through a gazette notification dated June 27, 2022. IIT Roorkee, one of India’s premier technical institutions with a history dating back to 1847, has played a pivotal role in shaping generations of engineers, scientists, and innovators. The Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Shillong has issued commemorative coins honoring Srimat Swami Pranavanandji Maharaj , available in single coin sets of ₹10, ₹50, and ₹100, as well as combined VIP and VVIP sets containing all three denominations.
