2004 - Rs 10 Experimental Coin

This experimental coin was supposed to be struck when the new Rs 10 coin were being designed for the first time in the year 2004.

The Rs 10 experimental trial pattern was listed in Marudhar Arts Auction #1 (Lot No: 456) as Unique and Single piece known. 

Even the strike looks like basic design, the legend, denomination and other details for a coin are missing.

Mumbai Mint Commences Bookings for BSG Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Mumbai, has commenced the bookings for the ₹75  commemorative coin  issued to mark the Diamond Jubilee of the Bharat Scouts and Guides . The bookings are open from today, December 24, 2025, and it is subject to limited availability. Earlier on November 24, 2025, the Hon'ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel, released a ₹75 coin and a postal stamp to mark the occasion while inaugurating the 19th National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.  The ₹75 coin is available in both Proof and UNC sets, presented in a folder/blister pack. Additionally, the Proof Set is also available in an MDF box package. The Proof Set is priced at ₹6,667 and the UNC Set at ₹6,503, both offered in folder/blister packaging.
