The  Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah released ₹100 commemorative coin and postage stamp to mark the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s popular radio broadcast program ' Mann Ki Baat '. The event held on April 26, 2023 at Plenary Hall, Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The Union Minister for Railways, Communication, Electronics and IT Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw and the Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Shri Anurag Thakur were also present at the event. NTR ₹100 Coin to be Released on April 28, 2023

A grand event celebrating 100 years of Telugu icon Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao , fondly known in the industry as NTR, is all set to take place at Anumolu Gardens, Vijayawada on April 28, 2023. A commemorative coin is expected to be released to mark this special occasion. Shri N Chandrababu Naidu, the National President of the Telugu Desam Party, Superstar Rajinikanth, Nandamuri Balakrishna and Shri S. New Possible Commemorative Coin: Cricket World Cup 2023

The Government of India may issue a commemorative coin to mark the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, the 13th edition of the tournament, scheduled from October 5 to November 19, 2023. A commemorative coin is likely, as this will be the first ICC World Cup fully hosted by India. The Cricket World Cup, officially known as ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, is the international championship of One Day International (ODI) cricket. The event is organised by the sport's governing body, the International Cricket Council (ICC), every four years, with preliminary qualification rounds leading up to a finals tournament. The tournament is one of the world's most viewed sporting events and is considered the "flagship event of the international cricket calendar" by the ICC. India has won the champions trophy twice in 1983 and 2011 World Cups. New Commemorative Coin: 100th Episode of Mann Ki Baat

The Government of India will be issuing a ₹100  commemorative coin  to mark the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat . The Ministry of Finance issued a gazette notification on April 20, 2023, confirming this coin. Mann Ki Baat is an Indian radio programme hosted by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in which he addresses the people of the nation on All India Radio, DD National and DD News. Since the first show on 3 October 2014, there have been 99 episodes. The 100th episode has will be aired on 30th April 2023.  The  metal composition  of the ₹100 coin will consist of a Quaternary Alloy, comprising 50% Silver, 40% Copper, 5% Nickel, and 5% Zinc. The coin will weigh 35 grams and have a diameter of 44 mm, featuring 200 serrations along the edge. The coin's description is as follows. Hyderabad Mint Opens Booking for ₹50 Coin issued on Project Tiger

The India Government Mint, Hyderabad, has opened the bookings for the ₹50  commemorative coin  issued to mark the  50 Years of Project Tiger . The bookings are open from April 17, 2023, and it is subject to limited availability. Earlier, the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released the coin to mark the 50 years of Project Tiger during the inauguration of the programme ‘Commemoration of 50 years of Project Tiger’ on April 9, 2023, organised at Karnataka State Open University, Mysuru. The Proof Set is priced at ₹4,380 in a folder or blister pack. This marks the first time that a commemorative coin is being issued with Hyderabad Mint as the primary mint. Die-Varieties in Shri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu Sets

The Shri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu commemorative coins with ₹500 and ₹10 were initially issued in Proof and UNC sets by Kolkata Mint and later ₹10 in UNC sets with Hyderabad Mint. Some die-varieties are found with all these sets and are shared below for your information and learning. The Kolkata Mint Proof Set are issued with two different reverse designs, one is the initial/original design and a later design. The India Government Mint, Mumbai, has opened the bookings for the ₹150  commemorative coin  issued to mark the  150th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandra Ji   from April 4, 2023 to May 15, 2023. Earlier, the President of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Shri Kamlesh Patel 'Daaji' released the ₹150 coin to mark the 150th Birth Anniversary of Shri Ram Chandraji Maharaj of Fatehgarh, affectionately known as Lalaji, the Founder of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission on January 26, 2023 at Hyderabad. The Proof Set is priced at ₹3820 and UNC Set at ₹3300 for the Blister/Folder pack. For the Wooden box pack, t he Proof Set is priced at ₹4275 and UNC Set at ₹3990. PM Modi Releases ₹60 Coin on Central Bureau of Investigation

The Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released the ₹60  commemorative coin , postage stamp and special cover to mark the  Diamond Jubilee of  Central Bureau of Investigation  (CBI) today, on April 3, 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. The Union Minister of State for Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Shri Jitendra Singh, National Security Advisor to PM, Shri Ajit Doval, Cabinet Secretary, Shri Rajiv Gauba and Director of CBI Shri Subodh Kumar Jaiswal were present on the occasion.
