Kolkata Mint opens booking for Shrimad Vijay Vallabh Suri Coins

The Kolkata Mint has opened the advanced booking for Proof and UNC coin in Blister/Folder packing sets of Shrimad Vijay Vallabh Suri from 30-January-2023.

The commemorative coins were released on 26-October-2022 by the Minister of State for Culture Shri Arjun Meghwal at Vallabh Smarak Jain Mandir Tirth, New Delhi.

The Proof Set is priced at ₹3435 and UNC Set at ₹3171 for the folder/blister packing. 

Earlier, the MDF Box Packing in Proof Set was issued for ₹4015 from 24-December-2022 and many sets were found with an printing error in the booklet mentioning as ₹125 instead of ₹150. 

The commemorative coin in Blister/Folder sets as well as MDF Box Packing is available at Kolkata Mint Premises as well as at the India Govt Mint official website. The Current and Upcoming Bookings section has been updated for your reference and information.

The ₹150 commemorative coin is a must for collectors as it's depicts the Jain community.

RBI Coin Sets Now Available at India Govt Mint's Delhi Counter

The ₹90  commemorative coin  issued to celebrate the  90 Years of Reserve Bank of India  (RBI) is now available at the Sales Counter at India Government Mint's Corporate Office in New Delhi. The ₹90 coin, featured in the Proof Set and offered in Folder/Blister packaging, is priced at ₹4950 as of April 18, 2024. However, online bookings for the commemorative coin have not yet begun, and there may be a difference in online pricing. It's important to note that the  metal composition  of this ₹90 coin is Pure Silver (99.9%), weighing 40 grams with a diameter of 44 mm. It also features 200 serrations along the edge. The ₹90 is minted by India Government Mint, Kolkata.
