Kolkata Mint opens bookings for ₹150 Coin of Sri Aurobindo

The Kolkata Mint has opened the bookings for ₹150 in Proof and UNC coin sets of Sri Aurobindo from 14-February-2023 with limited stock of 1000 units each set.

The commemorative coins was released on 13-December-2022 by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Sri Aurobindo via video conferencing. 

The Proof Set is priced at ₹3706 and UNC Set at ₹3443 for the blister/folder packing.

The commemorative coins is available at Kolkata Mint Premises as well as at the India Govt. Mint official website. The Current and Upcoming Bookings section has been updated for your reference and information.

The Governor of Karnataka, Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot, along with Jainacharya Shri Jin Piyush Sagar Surishwarji, will release commemorative coins and postage stamps to celebrate the 2900th Janm Kalyanak and 2800th Nirvan Kalyanak of the 23rd Tirthankara, Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan, at Bhopalgarh, District Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on December 25, 2024.
