Shri Ajay Agarwal, Director (Finance) of Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India (SPMCIL) hinted about the issue of the commemorative coin in an interview at World Money Fair 3-5 Feb 2023, Berlin, Germany. He also confirmed the commemorative coin on G20 Summit 2023 to be released in the last week of February 2023.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is the premier investigating agency of India formed on 1 April 1963 through a Home Ministry resolution. It operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Originally set up to investigate bribery and governmental corruption, in 1965 it received expanded jurisdiction to investigate breaches of central laws enforceable by the Government of India, multi-state organised crime, multi-agency or international cases. The agency has been known to investigate several economic crimes, special crimes, cases of corruption and other cases.
