Mumbai Mint Commences Bookings for BSG Coin Sets

The India Government Mint, Mumbai, has commenced the bookings for the ₹75 commemorative coin issued to mark the Diamond Jubilee of the Bharat Scouts and Guides. The bookings are open from today, December 24, 2025, and it is subject to limited availability.

Earlier on November 24, 2025, the Hon'ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel, released a ₹75 coin and a postal stamp to mark the occasion while inaugurating the 19th National Jamboree of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 

The ₹75 coin is available in both Proof and UNC sets, presented in a folder/blister pack. Additionally, the Proof Set is also available in an MDF box package.

The Proof Set is priced at ₹6,667 and the UNC Set at ₹6,503, both offered in folder/blister packaging. The Proof Set with MDF box packaging is priced at ₹7,222. Please note that the above prices are subject to change due to a surge in silver prices.

These coin sets can be purchased either at the mint premises or through the official website of the India Government Mint, with updates available in the current and upcoming bookings section.

Update:

Due to the surge in silver prices, the updated prices are ₹7,278 for the Proof Set and ₹7,113 for the UNC Set in folder/blister packaging. The Proof Set with MDF box packaging is priced at ₹7,817 as of December 28, 2025.
