Kolkata Mint Opens Bookings for Raja Ram Mohan Roy Coin Sets

The Kolkata Mint has opened the bookings for ₹250 commemorative coin sets of Raja Ram Mohan Roy in Proof and UNC sets in Folder/Blister package and Proof Sets in MDF Box from 24-May-2023 with 2000 quantity each.

The commemorative coin was released on 22-May-2023 by Hon'ble Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs and Culture Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal along with Hon'ble Governor of West Bengal Shri C.V. Ananda Bose at Belvedere House, The National Library of India, Kolkata. 

The Proof Set is priced at ₹3697 and UNC Set at ₹3410 for the Folder/Blister package. The Proof Set in MDF Box Set is priced at ₹4430. 

It's the most awaited coin for the year 2023 and the commemorative coin is available at Kolkata Mint Premises as well as at the India Govt. Mint official website. The Current and Upcoming Bookings section has been updated for your reference and information.

The Governor of Karnataka, Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot, along with Jainacharya Shri Jin Piyush Sagar Surishwarji, will release commemorative coins and postage stamps to celebrate the 2900th Janm Kalyanak and 2800th Nirvan Kalyanak of the 23rd Tirthankara, Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan, at Bhopalgarh, District Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on December 25, 2024.
