Hyderabad Mint Opens Bookings for National Defence Academy Coins

The India Government Mint, Hyderabad, has opened bookings for the ₹75 commemorative coin issued to mark the Platinum Jubilee Celebration of the National Defence Academy from December 4th, 2023, and is subject to limited availability.

The National Defence Academy coins are issued in Proof with MDF/Wooden Box package, while the Proof Set and UNC Set with the Folder/Blister packaging are still yet to open for booking. The ₹75 coin in the Proof Set with MDF/Wooden Box package priced at ₹4,850.

The President, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, unveiled a ₹75 commemorative coin during the Passing out Parade (POP) for the 145th course of the National Defence Academy (NDA) on November 30, 2023, at Pune.

The commemorative coin will be available at Hyderabad Mint Premises as well as at the India Govt. Mint official website. The Current and Upcoming Bookings section has been updated for your reference and information.

RBI Coin Sets Now Available at India Govt Mint's Delhi Counter

The ₹90  commemorative coin  issued to celebrate the  90 Years of Reserve Bank of India  (RBI) is now available at the Sales Counter at India Government Mint's Corporate Office in New Delhi. The ₹90 coin, featured in the Proof Set and offered in Folder/Blister packaging, is priced at ₹4950 as of April 18, 2024. However, online bookings for the commemorative coin have not yet begun, and there may be a difference in online pricing. It's important to note that the  metal composition  of this ₹90 coin is Pure Silver (99.9%), weighing 40 grams with a diameter of 44 mm. It also features 200 serrations along the edge. The ₹90 is minted by India Government Mint, Kolkata.
