Mumbai Mint Opens Bookings for 250th Session of Rajya Sabha Coin

The India Government Mint, Mumbai Mint has opened the bookings for the ₹250 commemorative coin issued to mark 250th Session of Rajya Sabha. The bookings are open from October 14, 2020, to November 27, 2020, although counter sales began in January 2020.


The ₹250 coin in the Proof Set is priced at ₹4,390, while the UNC Set is available at ₹3,980 for the Folder/Blister package. For those interested in the MDF Box, it is priced at ₹5,580 for the Proof Set and ₹5,170 for the UNC Set.

These coins can be obtained either at the Mint Premises or through the official website of the India Government Mint. You can find further details and updates in the "Current and Upcoming Bookings" section for your reference and convenience.

RBI Coin Sets Now Available at India Govt Mint's Delhi Counter

The ₹90  commemorative coin  issued to celebrate the  90 Years of Reserve Bank of India  (RBI) is now available at the Sales Counter at India Government Mint's Corporate Office in New Delhi. The ₹90 coin, featured in the Proof Set and offered in Folder/Blister packaging, is priced at ₹4950 as of April 18, 2024. However, online bookings for the commemorative coin have not yet begun, and there may be a difference in online pricing. It's important to note that the  metal composition  of this ₹90 coin is Pure Silver (99.9%), weighing 40 grams with a diameter of 44 mm. It also features 200 serrations along the edge. The ₹90 is minted by India Government Mint, Kolkata.
