RBI Governor Releases ₹100 Coin on Kaivalyadhama

The Hon'ble Governor of Reserve Bank of India, Shri. Shaktikanta Das unveiled the ₹100 commemorative coin to mark the Centenary Year of Kaivalyadhama at World Trade Centre, Mumbai on November 1, 2023.

Founded by Swami Kuvalayananda in 1924, Kaivalyadhama has been a trailblazer in advancing well-being, education, and research in the field of Yoga for the past century. Located on a expansive 180-acre campus in Lonavala, Maharashtra, it is home to a state-of-the-art research facility, the world's first Yoga college, a healthcare center, and a CBSE school, among other outstanding amenities.

This release marks the 13th commemorative coin of the year 2023, minted by the India Government Mint, Mumbai. The bookings are expected to open soon on the India Government Mint's website and will be updated in the current and upcoming bookings section.
